Gilliam County CASA and Wheeler County CASA have merged to form a 501(c)(3) non-profit CASA program, Frontier CASA.  

 

Frontier CASA recruits, trains and supervises community volunteers who focus on the needs of children who are in foster care.

 

Our mission is to serve abused and neglected children

in both counties to ensure their voices are heard and they receive the services they need to overcome the trauma they have suffered.
