The Condon Chamber of Commerce, Oregon Health Insurance Marketplace, and Oregon Health Authority / Oregon Health Plan are putting on a health coverage enrollment event in Condon!

 

With $1 plans being offered by Moda and other affordable Providence plans for those just over OHP income.

 

Come and see if you qualify for the free Oregon Health Plan (OHP) or low-cost plans on the Marketplace!

 

Health Coverage Questions and Enrollment:

December 4th from 9am – 1pm at the Condon Memorial Hall.

 

Did you know?

• Children in a family of 4 making less than $78,540/year can get free OHP that covers medical care, dental care and vision/glasses.

• A single adult making less than $1,436/month can be eligible for OHP. 

• Over income for OHP? Low-cost plans are available through the Marketplace. Check out what is available in Gilliam County at www.oregonhealthcare.gov.

 

Business owners:

Both OHP and the Marketplace look at net income after qualified business deductions.

• In Gilliam County, a single adult can make up to $18,735/year and get this health plan:

            Premium: $1/month

            Deductible: $100/year

            Copay: $10 doctor visits and $5                 prescriptions

• Adults in a family of 4 making up to $45,000 combined income can get this plan:

            Premium: $25/month

            Deductible: $900/year

            Copay: $15 doctor visits and $10               prescriptions
